Good Spacious rooms and staff was very courteous and user friendly. Must recommend others to stay with family and friends. Food and hygiene is also good. Also it is in main market of Sec 17 C Chandigarh

I had made a fully paid booking in january for 2 nights at this hotel ( 19th march to 21st march 2023 ) through makemytrip. On day of checkin at 6pm the hotel just told me they are sold out. This was also when internet and sms was suspended in entire punjab and chandigarh because of Amritpal singh issue. I was stuck with no place to go and little support by make my trip who told me they cannot find any other hotel nearby for checkin. Such hotels should be black listed and government should cancel their license. I have requested MMT to remove this hotel from their app but it is obvious nobody cares about the customer

In all the stay at Chandigarh was ok, only regret was booking this hotel. Its ok hotel if you get it for 1000 or 1500 in some offer or else look for alternate options Extremely difficult to find this place, its marker totally at a different location in Google maps The name mentioned at the entrance is no were matching to what is given on booking site The restaurant managed by the same management at the ground floor is extremely over priced The lift is at first floor and front office at 2nd floor, you will be lucky if you get a person to help with luggage. Or else travel lite!! Only plus point is that its situated in sector 17 and very near to Market area. And for food try “Sindhi Sweets” !!

Hotel is nice and clean. Neat and clean room. Clean washroom. Staff is very nice. Location is gud. Lift is small. Breakfast quality and taste has to be improved. Hotel just need to improve their food quality. Rest is all gud.

Location is good, Rooms are full of cockroaches, toilet door was not working I had booked for 3 adults and 1 child with breakfast. Upon asking at reception first they denied that booking is for 2 adults only . when I showed the hotel voucher- they agreed but again denied for child. it was a full pathetic experience.
